Ivory Lane Soap & Candle (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a small-batch artisan business. All products are handmade with care. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
During peak seasons, promotions, new product launches, or holidays, processing times may be extended. Any delays will be clearly communicated on our website or via email.
Preorder items will ship according to the timeframe listed in the product description. If your order includes both preorder and in-stock items, the entire order will ship together unless otherwise stated.
Shipping Rates & Methods
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
We ship using USPS and UPS. Delivery timeframes provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Ivory Lane Soap & Candle currently ships within the United States only.
Estimated delivery time after shipment is typically 2–7 business days, depending on the carrier and your location.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be offered when available and will be clearly stated at checkout.
Pickup instructions and timing will be sent via email once your order is ready. Orders not picked up within 14 days may be canceled without refund unless prior arrangements are made.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Ivory Lane Soap & Candle is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs. Refunds will not be issued for shipping fees.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Ivory Lane Soap & Candle is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If your tracking information shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. We are happy to assist with providing tracking details if needed.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item(s)

Failure to provide documentation within this timeframe may result in denial of replacement or refund.
Weather & Temperature Disclaimer
Our products may be sensitive to extreme heat or cold. Ivory Lane Soap & Candle is not responsible for melting, sweating, or damage caused by weather conditions during transit.
We recommend selecting expedited shipping during warmer months. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
Holiday Shipping
During holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control. Ivory Lane Soap & Candle cannot guarantee delivery by specific dates unless explicitly stated.
Holiday cutoff dates will be posted on our website and social media when applicable.
